mononoke hime concepts

figured I needed to work on sketching some ghibli art, done in mechanical pencil then ink and some red marker  this was my first time drawing San from Princess Mononoke! boy do I love that movie   I just rewatched it last year and its my favorite of the studio ghibli films AND remains one of my all time favorites. I was so happy to get it on dvd for xmas!! confession- Ive always loved wolves, Balto was awesome as a kid and I hated little red riding hood stories for making the wolf the bad guy  like come on they're an endangered species!! send wolves some love
